As part of my Bachelor's thesis, I looked at this topic in the context of microaggressions.

I am currently studying psychology for my bachelor's degree. I am interested in both parent-child relationships and peer relationships. In particular, I am interested in how the quality of individual aspects of the parent-child relationship influences children's self-esteem, general development and mental health.

I am currently studying for a Master's degree in psychology. I am interested in participatory and community-based research, especially in working with children and young people who have experienced discrimination. The focus is on empowerment strategies, resources and support needs of trans* and non-binary young people in dealing with discrimination, which I am also exploring as part of my Master's thesis.

I am interested in the significance of experiences of discrimination and pressure to perform in the everyday lives of children and young people for the development of mental health problems and whether digital health interventions could be of help in the future, especially for prevention.

My focus is on researching the impact of everyday racial microaggressions and discrimination on the mental health and well-being of people of color, with a particular focus on children and adolescents.

I am aiming to become a licensed psychotherapist and am interested in the mental health of children, adolescents and adults. I wrote my Bachelor's thesis in the field of computer-based interventions for the treatment of ADHD.
