In particular, I am interested in how the quality of individual aspects of the parent-child relationship influences children's self-esteem, general development and mental health.

I am currently studying for a Master's degree in psychology. I am interested in participatory and community-based research, especially in working with children and young people who have experienced discrimination. The focus is on empowerment strategies, resources and support needs of trans* and non-binary young people in dealing with discrimination, which I am also exploring as part of my Master's thesis.
